Information used and its purpose
Your name, email, subject and the content you choose to send are used to respond to your enquiry. Where you request legal services, processing supports steps taken at your request before a possible engagement. Other correspondence and website security rely on the office’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and preventing misuse.
Required fields are indicated in the form. Without contact details, a reply cannot be sent. Do not include health information, criminal-offence data, passwords or sensitive third-party information in an initial enquiry; necessary evidence and a suitable way to share it are agreed separately.
Hosting, protection and email delivery
Cloudflare hosts the website. The active form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for unwanted submissions and passes the message through Cloudflare’s email service to katerina@kaligeris.com. IP addresses and technical browser information may be processed to deliver pages and protect the service.
The office receives correspondence through Google Workspace. The website application has no message database and does not log form text in its own event records. Hosting, security and email providers process the information required to deliver their respective services.
Retention and access
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and document the related communication. An engagement, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may affect retention. This notice does not prescribe one period for different kinds of matters.
The office and necessary service providers have access. Cloudflare and Google operate international infrastructure; processing locations and applicable contractual safeguards are described in their data-protection terms linked below. You may contact the office for information relating to your enquiry.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and, where the conditions apply, object to processing or request portability. Information necessary to confirm your identity may be requested. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and website information
No advertising trackers or visitor-analytics tools have been added to the website application. Turnstile is used for security and is subject to Cloudflare’s related privacy information. The spam check does not assess the legal merits of an enquiry.
Services, FAQs and guides provide general information. Sending a message does not by itself establish an engagement or confirm that deadlines are being monitored.
