Does an AI Act review also resolve GDPR questions?
These issues are considered together but require separate analysis. Personal-data use needs its own assessment, as do contractual terms, confidentiality and rights in input and output material.
What matters in a software or SaaS agreement?
Usage rights, data access, subcontracting, availability, security and exit arrangements. Data return or deletion and responsibility when something goes wrong also need clear terms.
